• Suggested procedures for the following clinical failures:
- Zirconia or zirconia-based crowns coming off
- Ceramic broken from crown or FPD metal substructure
- Caries at cervical margin of crowns
- Open contact area—amalgam, composite
- Open contact area on anterior crown—e.max, PFM
- Open contact—zirconia crown, FPD
- Caries on distal or mesial of previously restored 2-surface Class II—composite or amalgam
- Hole in ceramic crown from Endo/screw access
- Broken piece—monolithic zirc crown, zirc-based crown, FPD
- Fixed prosthesis loose on one end
- Threatened further loosening of mobile teeth—occlusion, missing tooth
- Patient needs but cannot afford new dentures
