Available since January 1977, each 4-page Gordon J. Christensen CLINICIANS REPORT® (formerly CRA® Newsletter), contains concise reports on multi- and single product evaluations identifying their advantages, limitations, clinical usefulness, and testing manufacturers' claims. Clinical information is obtained from a volunteer team of actively practicing dentists who use their expertise to compare new products against those they currently use. Clinical data is also obtained from controlled clinical studies. Scientific data is collected by CR scientists in their labs in Provo, Utah, and from various other lab facilities where they travel as needed to access equipment and expertise. Clinical Preference Survey
Survey data from 3,865 random CRA Newsletter subscribers. Every five years since 1980, CR has conducted its popular Clinical Preference survey to determine preferences in clinical dentistry. By comparing data from the five surveys, 20 year trends and new developments are identified. Special thanks to the respondents who answered questions, requiring over 350 different answers! As with all surveys, results reflect biases of the respondents, who as Gordon J. Christensen CLINICIANS REPORT® subscribers, represent dentists who are actively seeking information on dental products & techniques.
