Content vs. Reports – Check both tabs

“Reports” tab contains PDF file search results
Search results in “Reports” may include one or more of the following:

• CLINICIANS REPORTS
• Dental Hygiene CLINICIANS REPORTS
• CRA Newsletters
• Dental Hygiene Newsletters

“Content” tab contains any information that is not a PDF file
Search results in “Content” may include one or more of the following:

• Dental List companies
• Additional Studies
• Dentistry Update and Office Manager course information
• CLINICIANS REPORTs and Dental Hygiene CLINCIANS REPORTS January 2008 to current
• General information on the website.

Example – A search for “Dentrix” will populate results under the “Reports” tab and “Content” tab. The “Reports” tab results will contain any Report or Newsletter PDF referencing Dentrix. The “Content” tab will contain Dentrix’s company listing plus any other references made to Dentrix on the website.

Search Results Based on Subscription

eReport and eHygiene (Online only) subscribers receive search results based upon their subscription.

• The search will only populate CLINICIANS REPORT and CRA Newsletter PDF files for an eReport subscriber.
• Dental Hygiene CLINICIANS REPORT and Dental Hygiene Newsletter PDF files are populated for an eHygiene subscriber.
• Package subscribers have access to all PDF files in their search results.
