All Bond 2
 
1. Rinse tooth thoroughly for 5 seconds
2. Remove water with air syringe.
3. Apply Uni-Etch for 15 seconds.
4. Rinse tooth and remove water leaving dentin visibly wet, but not pooled.
5. Dispense 2 drops each of Primer A and Primer B of All Bond 2 into a mixing well
6. Mix and Apply 5 consecutive coats of primer with a disposable brush
7. Air dry for 5 seconds with air/water syringe
8. Dispense 1 drop of adhesive into a mixing well
9. Apply adhesive to the tooth surface
10. Air thin with air/water syringe
11. Light cure for 20 seconds
12. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions

Amalgambond Plus
 
1.  Rinse tooth.
2.  Lightly dry the tooth.
3.  Dispense 1 or 2 drops of Dentin Activator into a mixing well.
4.  Apply to exposed dentin for 10 seconds.
5.  Wash tooth thoroughly and lightly dry the tooth.
6.  Dispense a drop of Adhesive Agent into a mixing well.
7.  Apply Adhesive Agent to surface.
8.  Blow away puddles with dently air stream.
9.  Leave undisturbed for 30 seconds.
10. Dispense 2 drops of Base and 1 drop Catalyst into a mixing well.
11. Mix thoroughly for 3-5 seconds.
12. Brush a thin even layer onto the tooth.
13. Let adhesive dry for 60 seconds.
14. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Bond 1
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin with 37% Etching Gel for 20 seconds
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Blot with a moist cotton roll leaving tooth surface wet.
5. Dispense 2 drops of primer/adhesive and 1 drop of dual cure activator into adhesive well and mix.
6. Place 2 coats of the mixture to dentin surface.
7. Gently air dry for at least 10 seconds to glossy surface. If not glossy, repeat application.
8. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.
9. Keep tip of core material syringe pressed against tooth’s surface when applying initial layer of
    core material.

Brush & Bond
 
1.  Rinse tooth.
2.  Remove excess water from tooth leaving tooth dry.
3.  Dispense 1-3 drops of adhesive into a mixing well.
4.  Stir with the initiator microbrush for a few seconds.
5.  Apply adhesive and keep moist for 20 seconds.
6.  Gently air-dry 5-10 seconds to evaporate solvent.
7.  Light-cure for 5 seconds with a halogen light.
8.  Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Cabrio
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin with 38% Matrixx gel for 15 seconds
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Blot dry with a moist cotton roll leaving tooth surface moist.
5. Dispense 2 drops of adhesive and 2 drops catalyst into adhesive well and mix.
6. Place 2 coats of the mixture to dentin surface.
7. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Clearfil Liner Bond 2V
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds.
2. Remove water with air syringe.
3. Dispense 2 drops each of primer A and B into mixing well and mix.
4.  Apply primer to tooth surface with a disposable brush, and leave in place for
    30 seconds.
5.  Evaporate solvent with mild stream of air.
6.  Dispense 1 drop of bond liquid A and 1 drop of bond liquid B into a mixing well.
7.  Apply mixture to surface with a disposable brush.
8.  Gently air thin to create a uniform adhesive layer.
9.  Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

DenTastic Uno Duo
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin with 38% Etch Rite gel for 15 seconds
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Blot dry with a moist cotton roll leaving tooth surface wet.
5. Dispense 2 drops of Uno and 1 drop of Duo into adhesive well and mix.
6. Place a generous coat of the mixture to dentin surface brushing for 10 seconds.
7. Light cure for 10 seconds.
8. Place another coat of the mixture to dentin surface.
9. Gently air dry for a few seconds.
10. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Encore Bond
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin with 37-40% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds.
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Air dry leaving tooth surface dry.
5. Dispense 1 drop of catalyst and 1 drop of base and mix for 5 seconds.
6. Apply mixture to tooth surface with a Benda Brush.
7. Air dry gently to insure a thin, uniform layer.
8. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Integrabond
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin for 10-15 seconds
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Blot dry with a moist cotton roll leaving tooth surface moist.
5. Dispense 1 drop of adhesive and 1 drop activator into adhesive well and mix.
6. Wet the entire dentin surface with the bonding agent.
7. Wait 15 seconds.
8. Air dry with a vigorous blast of air for at least 15 seconds. (If surface isn’t completely coated
    repeat adhesive application)
9. Light cure for 20 seconds.
10. Apply a second layer of mixture.
11. Remove solvents.
12. Light cure for 20 seconds.
13. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

MultiBond
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin with 32-40% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds.
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Air dry leaving tooth surface dry to moist.
5. Dispense 2 drops of activator and 2 drops of bonding agent and mix for 5 seconds.
6. Apply mixture to tooth surface with a bristle brush for 20 seconds with agitation.
7. Air dry gently with air for 15 seconds.
8. Light cure for 10 seconds.
9. Repeat steps 6, 7, and 8.
10. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Nano-Bond
 
1.  Rinse tooth for 5 seconds.
2.  Air dry the tooth. (Do not desiccate.)
3.  Dispense self etch primer into a well.
4.  Apply 2 coats of primer to dentin surface for 30 seconds with agitation.
5.  Remove excess primer with an applicator brush.
6.  Dispense 2 drops of adhesive and 1 drop of dual cure activator into a well and mix.
7.  Apply 2 coats of adhesive for 10 seconds total with agitation.
8.  Gently dry for 10 seconds. (If surface is not shiny repeat application.)
9.  Light-cure for 10 seconds.
10. Place restorative material.

One-Step
 
1. Rinse tooth thoroughly for 5 seconds
2. Remove water with air syringe.
3. Apply Uni-Etch for 15 seconds.
4. Rinse tooth and remove water leaving dentin visibly wet, but not pooled.
5. Dispense 2 drops of adhesive into a mixing well.
6. Apply 2 consecutive coats of adhesive with disposable brush.
7. Thoroughly air dry for 10 seconds.
8. Light cure for 10 seconds
9. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

OptiBond FL
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry.
2. Apply Kerr Gel Etchant for 15 seconds.
3. Rinse tooth for 15 seconds.
4. Remove excess water from tooth with gentle stream of air leaving tooth dry. (Do not desiccate)
6. Dispense 1 drop of primer into a mixing well.
7. Apply primer with microtip for 15 seconds with a scrubbing motion.
8. Gently air thin for 5 seconds.
9. Dispense 1 drop of adhesive into a mixing well.
10. Apply adhesive.
11. Gently air thin if necessary.
12. Light-cure for 20 seconds with Optilux 500.
13. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

OptiBond Solo Plus
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds.
2. Remove water with air syringe.
3. Apply Kerr Gel Etchant for 15 seconds.
4. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds.
5. Remove excess water from tooth with gentle stream of air leaving tooth dry. (Do not desiccate)
6. Shake Optibond Solo Plus bottle briefly.
7. Dispense 1 drop of adhesive and 1 drop activator into a mixing well.
8. Mix for 3 seconds.
9. Apply adhesive with microtip for 15 seconds with a brushing motion.
10. Air thin for 3 seconds.
11. Light-cure for 20 seconds.
12. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

OptiBond Solo Plus SEP
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds.
2. Remove excess water from tooth with gentle stream of air leaving tooth dry. (Do not desiccate)
3. Dispense 2 drops of self-etch primer into well.
4. Apply primer with microtip for 15 seconds in brushing motion.
5. Air thin for 3 seconds.
6. Shake Optibond Solo Plus briefly.
7. Dispense 1 drop of adhesive and 1 drop of Optibond Solo Plus Activator into a mixing well.
8. Mix for 3 seconds.
9. Apply mixture with microtip for 15 seconds with a brushing motion.
10. Air thin for 3 seconds.
11. Reapply mixture with brushing motion to surface for 15 seconds.
12. Air thin for 3 seconds.
13. Light-cure for 20 seconds.
14. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Plus
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds and dry, do not desiccate.
2. Etch dentin with phosphoric acid for 15 seconds.
3. Rinse for 10 seconds.
4. Air dry for 2 seconds leaving tooth surface moist.
5. Apply activator to bonding surface.
6. Dry for 5 seconds with a gentle stream of air.
7. Apply primer to bonding surface.
8. Dry for 5 seconds with a gentle stream of air.
9. Dispense 1 drop of catalyst and 1 drop of adhesive into a mixing well and mix.
10. Apply mixture to tooth surface. (Do not air thin)
11. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Solobond Plus
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds leaving tooth surface moist.
2. Dispense 1 drop of primer into a mixing well.
3. Rub primer into dentin for 30 seconds
4. Remove excess primer with a brush.
5. Thoroughly air dry the the adhesive.
6. Dispense 1 drop of adhesive into a mixing well.
7. Brush adhesive into primed tooth for 15 seconds.
8. Spread adhesive gently with air.
9. Light cure the adhesive for 20 seconds
10. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Tenure
 
1. Rinse tooth and dry.
2. Etch dentin with Etch ‘N’ Seal for 15 seconds.
3. Rinse tooth thoroughly and gently air dry tooth.
4. Dispense 2 drops each of Tenure A & B into a dappen dish and mix.
5. Apply 5 consecutive coats to tooth.
6. Allow adhesive to sit on tooth for 15 seconds.
7. Gently air dry to remove volatile components.
8. Apply a thin coat of Tenure S Filled to the surface.
9. Light cure adhesive for 20 seconds with Optilux 500.
10. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Tenure Uni Bond w/ Bondlink
 
1. Rinse tooth for 5 seconds.
2. Remove excess water from tooth leaving tooth moist.
2. Dispense 1 drop each of components A and B into mixing well.
3. Mix thoroughly with disposable brush.
4. Apply a single, thin coat brushing continuously for 15 seconds.
5. Gently air dry to remove volatile components.
6. Apply a thin coat of Gloss-N-Seal to bonding surface.
7. Gently air thin.
8. Light cure for 10 seconds.
9. Apply 1 coat of bond link.
10. Air dry to remove volatile components.
11. Place restorative material.

Touch & Bond
 
1. Rinse tooth.
2.  Remove excess water from tooth leaving tooth dry.
3.  Place the blue pledget into a well.
4.  Dispense 1-3 drops of adhesive to wet the pledget.
5.  With cotton pliers stir pledget until saturated.
6.  Apply adhesive and keep moist for 20 seconds (may require 2nd coat).
7.  Gently air-dry 3-5 seconds to evaporate solvent.
8.  Apply another coat of adhesive with same pledget.
9.  Immediately gently air-dry for 3-5 seconds.
10. Light-cure for 10 seconds with a halogen curing light.
11. Apply core material according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Tyrian SPE with One-Step Plus
 
1. Rinse tooth thoroughly for 5 seconds
2. Shake unit-dose Tyrian SPE for 3-5 seconds
3. Slowly depress two chambers together
4. Remove cap
5. Place foam pellet into cotton pliers
6. Stir using a foam pellet
7. Dry tooth for 5 seconds with moderate air from air/water syringe making sure there is no moist
    spots on dentin
8. Apply 2 coats of Tyrian SPE to tooth.
9. Allow Tyrian to dwell on tooth for 15-20 seconds.
10. Remove excess Tyrian with a blotted foam pellet leaving surface visibly moist.
11. Shake One-Step Plus for 3-5 seconds
12. Dispense 2 drops into a mixing well
13. Apply 2 coats of adhesive with applicator
14. Thoroughly air dry beginning with a gentle stream moving to a moderate stream. (Surface should
     be shiny)
15. Light cure for 10 seconds
16. Apply and cure restorative material
